The planner is configurable and has the following advanced features:
- A search system to locate events and presentations by type of event, session topic, day of event and by full text search.
- Displays the location and time of the event with an associated picture or PDF of the actual poster or PowerPoint presentation.
- Posters and PowerPoint PDFs can be configured to display at any time, or one day after the author's presentation.
- Interactive maps of the conference venue floor plan pin-point the exact location of every event, poster and oral presentation in the conference center.
- A personal favorites list with excel and calendar file downloads is saved in the cloud and available at the office, at home and at the conference.
- Using the calendar feature attendees can set reminders of Oral presentations.
